John Pour Home Typography Rugs

In the Details : Miss Miza Vinyl Decals
The French born Mia Zami or better known in the design world as Miss Miza is a fashion graphic illustrator working in Barcelona, Spain. Les Invasions Ephémères commissioned Miss Miza to create a collection of vinyl stickers that were first shown at ‘Maison & Objet’, the Parisian home decoration exhibition, this past September of 2007.
I am a fan of Miss Miza’s work and am particularly fond of the carpet decal. Great way to add contrast to your floors without the permanency of paint.

Swedish Pure : Pappelina by Lina Rickardsson
In 1999 Lina Rickardsson founded Pappelina in Sweden. Lina was originally searching for a local textile mill to weave linen rugs but the mill was actually focused on plastics. Lina became fascinated by the color possibilities with plastic and thus changed course to produce what Pappelina is today. The range includes table oilclothes, plastic rugs, and cotton/poly plaids.

Unreal : Bearskin Rug Eelko Moorer
Most unusual find today - the Bearskin Rug by Dutch designer Eelko Moorer. The rug is made out of a urethane rubber specifically casted and made to order. Each rug is numbered. Comes in 3 colors but other colors may be requested. The rug can be mounted easily enough because a mounting system has been casted right into the backside. Not cheap but a definite conversation piece.

Surprise Material : Danish Rugs
Innen von Sinnen is carrying these polyester rugs from Demmark. The design is terrific and comes in a variety of colors. Since it is made of polyester it can be used both indoors and outdoors. I think this would be a great floor covering for a bathroom, terrace, wet room or balcony.
